Terms of Service

The service

FleetVault analyzes fleet operating data you provide and produces a Margin Leak Audit and, optionally, ongoing monitoring (FleetVault Command). We provide financial analysis, not accounting, legal, tax, or investment advice. Figures are estimates based on the data you supply and the benchmarks in your configuration; you are responsible for decisions made from them.

Fees

The audit is a one-time fee; Command is a recurring subscription billed monthly and cancellable at any time. Prices are shown at checkout. The audit fee is credited toward your first month of Command.

Your responsibilities

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, FleetVault is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.

Privacy Policy

What we process

To run an audit we process the exports you provide — settlements, fuel card data, factoring statements, and ELD dwell records — plus the configuration you set (fixed costs, benchmarks, column mappings).

How we use it

Solely to produce your audit and monitoring outputs. Your operating data is yours. We do not sell it. Aggregated, de-identified benchmarks (e.g. typical market rates) may inform the service, but your raw data is never shared with other clients.

Retention & deletion

Raw inputs and generated reports are stored only as long as needed to deliver and support your audit or subscription. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
